• Bobby takes a wire hidden in a cigarette lighter to a meeting with Vadim.
• Vadim figures out Bobby's a plant because he's got a lighter and matches.
• Vadim gets caught and then escapes from Rikers.
• The 'brilliant' Amanda lets big mouth Jumbo know their location. Jumbo tells the bad guys. The bad guys set up a trap to kill Bobby and the Police Chief who, for some reason, decides he needs to be involved in the moving of his son to his next secret location.
• Vadim shoots the Police Chief in the head and kills him. Bobby and Amanda escape with their lives. They are moved to the Sheraton by LaGuardia. Amanda leaves Bobby because she just cannot take it anymore.
• The death of their father incenses Bobby and Joseph. Bobby learns from Jumbo when he figures out that Amanda must have told Jumbo their location, that the Russian King pin uses his own grandchildren as couriers. This is why he never seems to be doing anything but hanging with his grandkids. They figure there's going to be a big deal going on the day he takes them to the stable. They surround the building and catch everyone in the middle of washing drugs out of the fur coats—clever scheme—except Vadim.
• Bobby violates police protocols and enters the field they have surrounded and filled with smoke bombs to smoke Vadim out. In the fray, he shoots Vadim dead. Vadim's last word was "Bobby". Why? We'll never know.
• Bobby graduates from police academy with honors as the salutatorian and will give the graduation address. The two brothers, side-by-side on stage state that they love each other.

Best Line of the Film: "It's better to be judged by twelve than carried by six." said by Joseph to Bobby.
