Ok, so the 'big' spoilers:After a long talk with Dean and John Solomon just before the baby is to be due, the Solomon brother inadvertently convince Janine that she really wants to keep the baby. So she flees her home with James. This causes a huge fight and rift between the brothers which ends with Dean informing John that Tara thinks he's a loser, and the two of them are nothing but losers. After a life on the mean streets, finally John comes home. Dean arrives to find him in the shower, and the pair has a touching reunion complemented by Dean asking John to please put on a towel before their group hug continues. They become, however, then determined to find Janine and get back into their baby's life. This is when they enlist a sky banner company and produce the world's longest sky banner. Janine shows up in their apartment with an apology in tow. Dean blows off an airhorn in his excitement that causes Janine's water to break. They rush to the hospital to watch the baby be born.
(a) Ed Solomon (Lee Majors) lives to see his grandchild, whom they name Ed.
(b) The baby looks, while looks can be deceiving, suspiciously, as if, perhaps, Janine (Kristen Wiig) might have been pregnant by James (Chi McBride) before the artificial insemination procedure with Dean (Will Forte) Solomon's sperm. No one seems to be on to this fact, however, especially not Janine who was paid $12,000 to be the surrogate mother.
(c) They all go on to open a family story with the purpose of helping families baby-proof their homes.
