Spoiler Points for The Unborn (2009)
Well, if you looked down at the floor during the movie, saw a blue mitten, and suddenly realized you might have a dead twin and only an old woman from a newspaper article can help you figure out why one of your eyes is changing color so you fled to find her, then this spoiler is for you.

• Ok, so it turns out that Casey Beldon (Odette Yustman) is not being haunted by a ghost at all. Nope, it’s an evil dybbuk. That’s a malevolent spirit who will not leave the natural world and take possession of people’s bodies controlling their lives. (gulp) Casey is being victimized due to a long grudge being held from the days when Sofi (Jane Alexander), a woman she’s drawn to from an article she finds in her deceased mother’s belongings, finally confesses to her that she’s her grandmother and the dybbuk wants her because Sofi long ago killed her twin brother who was seeking to inhabit him. No, I’m not making this up.

• Okay, so Sofi tells Casey that only Rabbi Sendak (Gary Oldman) can save her by performing a Jewish exorcism. She goes through with it, but it goes awry -- if you smell a sequel already, you might be on to something. Her boyfriend, Mark Hardigan (Cam Gigandet) gets killed by the dybbuk as it tries to take over Casey. The final scene reveals that Casey is pregnant with Mark’s babies–of course, she’s having twins.
