Die Hard Movie Poster Extravaganza

On 15 July 1988, the world of action films was changed forever when John Mc Tiernan's Die Hard hit theatres. The film, while not technically his first, turned the "Moonlighting" actor, Bruce Willis into a true leading man of films, a real action hero, and one of the USA's most bankable box office actors. Spawing a quick bevy of two sequels, and nearing the 20th anniversary of the original, fans were treated during the last week of June 2007 to a third sequel cleverly entitled, Live Free or Die Hard (review) (spoiler points). With it's 4th installment, the Die Hard franchise becomes the first foursome to be honored at movieEVERYday.com with a movie poster extravaganza--a journey through time looking back and across the pond at the history of the films via their movie poster art and selected stills from the films.
