Spoiler for the Ending of The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor
• To unleash an army of warriors to fight the army of the Emperor (Jet Li), Zi Juan (Michelle Yeoh) sacrifices hers and her daughter's immortality. • A final battle erupts between the clay soldier armies of the Emperor and the resurrected mummy warriors.
• Eventually, the Emperor kills Zi Juan, but Alex (Luke Ford) and Rick slay the Emperor as he tries to control the elements of the earth. One stab through the heart with the special dagger provided by Zi Juan's daughter, Lin (Isabella Leong).
• With the mummies all returned to their slumber, Jonathan (John Hannah) heads off to Peru opening the door for another Mummy film.
